Cooling System

We manufacture aluminum brazed radiators, condenser assemblies, water pumps (mechanical and electric), thermostats with housing assemblies, coolant expansion tanks, radiator hoses (molded and universal), heater cores, and cooling fan assemblies. Our radiators use all-aluminum brazed cores with PA66+GF30 reinforced plastic tanks for maximum durability.

We primarily produce aluminum brazed radiators, which are the current industry standard for modern vehicles (2000+). Aluminum radiators are 40% lighter than copper-brass, offer better corrosion resistance, and meet OE specifications. For classic vehicle restoration, we can also supply copper-brass radiators. All our aluminum cores are vacuum-brazed in nitrogen atmosphere for leak-free joints.

Every radiator undergoes a 3-stage quality check: visual inspection of brazing joints, helium leak detection test, and hydraulic burst pressure testing at 2.5 times the rated working pressure (typically tested at 3.5 bar). We also perform thermal cycling tests on sample units — 500 cycles between -30°C and 120°C — to verify long-term durability.

Standard models in our catalog ship within 20-25 days. Custom radiator designs (different core dimensions, inlet/outlet positions, or transmission cooler configurations) require 35-45 days including tooling. We produce 3D CAD drawings for customer approval before production. Minimum order for custom radiators is 100 pieces.
