Tire Repair Materials

Our complete tire repair range includes: tire repair strips (string plugs) for tubeless puncture repair, rubber patches (US-style and EU-style), mushroom plugs (combination patch-plug), vulcanizing cement (cold and hot cure), tire sealant (preventive and emergency), and complete repair kits. Products cover passenger cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, and agricultural equipment.

US-style patches (bias-ply reinforced) are thicker with a fabric-reinforced rubber layer, designed for permanent repairs on larger tires (trucks, SUVs). EU-style patches are thinner with a smooth rubber surface, optimized for radial passenger car tires. We supply both types in multiple sizes from 35mm diameter (for small punctures) to 125mm (for larger injuries).

We offer separate formulations: cold vulcanizing cement (chemical cure at room temperature, 10-minute set time) and hot vulcanizing compound (requires heat press at 140-150°C). Cold cement is sold in 250ml, 475ml, and 950ml cans for tire shops. Both types create a permanent molecular bond between the patch and tire rubber for reliable, long-lasting repairs.

Vulcanizing cement has a 24-month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry environment (15-25°C). Tire sealant is effective for 18-24 months in the container, and once injected into a tire, provides puncture protection for up to 2 years or 30,000 km. Rubber patches and repair strips have an indefinite shelf life if kept sealed in original packaging away from UV light and ozone.
