Frequently Asked Questions about Suspension & Steering

What suspension parts do you manufacture?

We supply a complete range: front and rear control arms (upper and lower), ball joints, inner and outer tie rod ends, stabilizer bar links (sway bar end links), shock absorbers (gas twin-tube and mono-tube), strut assemblies, wheel hub bearings, and steering rack boots. Materials include forged aluminum, forged steel (C45), and high-strength cast iron depending on application.

Are your control arms forged or cast?

We offer both forged and cast control arms depending on the OE specification. European vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Audi) typically use forged aluminum arms for lighter weight and higher strength, while Japanese and Korean vehicles often use stamped steel or cast iron. All our forged arms use 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and pass TUV-certified fatigue testing to 500,000+ cycles.

Do your tie rod ends come with ball joints pre-installed?

Our outer tie rod ends come as complete assemblies with the ball joint, dust boot (NBR rubber), and grease filling. Inner tie rod ends include the axial joint and protective bellows. All ball joints are tested for radial and axial play limits per OE specifications. We recommend replacing inner and outer tie rods in pairs for optimal steering geometry.

What is the MOQ for suspension components?

MOQ varies by component complexity: control arms start at 50 pieces, tie rod ends at 200 pieces, and shock absorbers at 100 pieces. For distributors building initial inventory, we offer mixed-SKU orders — you can combine different part numbers within the same product category to meet the minimum value requirement of $2,000 per order.
