Electrical Parts

Our electrical parts range includes alternators (80A-180A), starter motors, ignition coils (coil-on-plug and coil packs), camshaft and crankshaft position sensors, MAP/MAF sensors, oxygen sensors, ABS wheel speed sensors, window regulators, and wiring harness connectors. Each part is bench-tested to OE electrical specifications before shipping.

We supply both new and remanufactured alternators. New units use all-new components including bearings, voltage regulators, rectifiers, and copper windings. Remanufactured units use inspected and tested OE cores with all wear components replaced. Both types are dynamically balanced and load-tested at rated output. Remanufactured units offer 20-30% cost savings versus new.

Every ignition coil undergoes multi-stage testing: primary and secondary resistance measurement, output voltage testing (minimum 35kV), insulation resistance testing at high temperature (150°C), and 2-hour burn-in testing under load. Our reject rate is below 0.2%. We use high-temperature epoxy potting and OE-grade copper wire to ensure durability.

Alternators and starter motors carry an 18-month warranty. Ignition coils, sensors, and other electronic components carry a 12-month warranty. All warranty claims are processed within 5 business days. We maintain detailed batch testing records for traceability. Our field failure rate across all electrical parts averages below 0.5%.
